Jarvis · Effective: 1 October 2026 · Version 1

When you use Jarvis, you trust us with personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect it. It applies to the Jarvis Platform and to our website. Jarvis is operated by the entity identified in your firm's Order. Contact: michael@jarvis-agents.com.

Summary

1. Definitions

"Personal Information" means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Other capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Use, of which this Privacy Policy forms part.

2. Consent

You are not legally obliged to provide Personal Information to us, and you do so of your own free will. By using the Platform you consent to this Privacy Policy and to the collection, processing, and sharing of Personal Information for the purposes described in it. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. Two kinds of data

3.1 Your account and usage data. Information about you as a User. Jarvis is the controller of this data, and this Privacy Policy governs it.

3.2 Documents your firm uploads. Documents and their content, which may include medical, financial, and other sensitive information about your firm's clients and other people. Your firm is the controller of this data, and Jarvis processes it on your firm's behalf under the Data Processing Addendum. If you are a client of a firm that uses Jarvis, see Section 9.

4. Personal Information we collect, and how

4.1 Account. To use the Platform, your firm's account owner invites you as a user, and you provide information such as your name, email address, and role.

4.2 Acceptance records. The date, time, and version of the documents you accepted.

4.3 Communications. If you contact us for support, feedback, or any other reason, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. Do not include client documents or other sensitive information in such communications.

4.4 Billing. Your firm's billing details and invoices, needed to complete transactions and meet tax law. Payment services may be provided by third-party providers under their own terms.

4.5 Log files and device data. Sign-ins, actions in the Platform, IP address, browser and device type, and time stamps. We use this data to operate and secure the Platform, investigate incidents, and meet our legal duty to keep access logs.

4.6 Cookies and similar technologies. The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the Platform, and may use analytics tools to understand how the Platform is used. Most browsers let you control cookies; blocking essential cookies may prevent the Platform from working. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

4.7 Support logs. We may ask you to send diagnostic information to help resolve a problem. Such information may contain inputs or outputs; review it before sending and do not send it if it contains sensitive information.

5. How we use Personal Information

We use it to: provide, maintain, administer, and analyze the Platform; carry out the transactions you request; communicate with you; customize the Platform; identify and authenticate you; protect and secure the Platform and our systems; comply with legal obligations and legal process and protect our rights and those of others; and as otherwise disclosed to you when the information is collected. We may use Aggregated Usage Data, which does not identify anyone, to improve the Platform.

6. Disclosure and transfer of Personal Information

6.1 Service providers. We share Personal Information with the service providers in our Sub-processor list, and with providers of email, support, and similar services, only as needed to provide the Platform and under our instructions. Some of them process data outside Israel; see the Sub-processor list for locations.

6.2 Affiliates. We may share Personal Information with an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with us, for use consistent with this Privacy Policy.

6.3 Legal requirements. We may disclose Personal Information to authorities or other third parties if required by law, to comply with legal process, to protect our rights or property, to detect or prevent fraud or a violation of our terms, or to protect the safety and security of the Platform, its users, or the public.

6.4 Business transfers. If Jarvis transfers the business to a company under the same ownership, or is acquired, merged, or reorganized, or in a comparable event, we may transfer the Personal Information we hold to the successor.

7. AI processing, retention and review

Documents are analyzed by a third-party AI provider. Processing may occur outside Israel. The provider may log and retain prompts and generated content for a limited period, currently stated by the provider as up to 30 days, for security and abuse monitoring, and in exceptional cases, such as flagged content, authorized personnel of the provider may review it. The provider does not use the data to train its models, and neither do we. We do not currently operate under Zero Data Retention, and will update this policy when that changes.

8. Your rights

You may ask to see the Personal Information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or out of date, as provided by the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981. Where other laws apply to you, you may have additional rights, such as portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Send requests to michael@jarvis-agents.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. If you are a client of a firm that uses Jarvis

Your lawyer or accountant decides which documents are uploaded and why, and is responsible for informing you and obtaining your consent. To see or correct your data, contact that firm. If you contact us, we will tell you whether we hold data about you and the name of the firm that controls it, and we will pass your request to that firm.

10. Opting out of communications

You may opt out of promotional emails through the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting us. We will still send administrative messages needed to operate the Platform, such as security notices and responses to your requests.

11. Third-party services

The Platform may link to or interact with third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Read their terms and privacy policies before using them.

12. Children

The Platform is for professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have done so.

13. Security

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect Personal Information, described in the Security Annex.

14. Retention

We keep Personal Information only for as long as needed to provide the Platform or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, security, and legal compliance. We keep account data while your account is active, security logs for at least 24 months, and invoices for the period tax law requires. Documents your firm uploads are kept and deleted as set out in the Data Processing Addendum.

15. Legal basis

We process Personal Information to perform our agreement with you and your firm, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform, with your consent where we ask for it, and to comply with legal obligations.

16. Firm policies

If you use the Platform through your firm's subscription, your use is also governed by your firm's policies and may be monitored by your firm.

17. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Each version has its own number and address, and earlier versions remain available. We give at least 14 days' notice within the Platform of a material change. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.

18. Governing law and contact

This Privacy Policy is governed by Israeli law. Questions or requests: michael@jarvis-agents.com.

You acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand its terms. By using the Platform you consent to it. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
